  • Founder, Event Director 

    As the founder of Max Events, Jodie brings over 15 years of experience producing and managing large-scale festivals, sporting events, and community projects. Her career includes extensive time in venue management, where she supported some of the world’s most exciting and logistically complex events. These experiences laid the foundation of her expertise in operations, risk management, and stakeholder relations.

    As a leader, Jodie is dedicated to fostering a transparent and collaborative culture in the events industry. She is passionate about mentoring future event leaders and creating spaces where teams feel empowered to thrive.

    Whether overseeing a three-day outdoor festival in Toronto or producing a two-day, 2,000-attendee trade show, Jodie excels at managing end-to-end components of large events through the development of strong relationships built on trust, accountability and mutual respect.  

  • Event Director 

    Natalie Ciarallo is a seasoned event professional with extensive experience in both corporate and agency settings, specializing in large-scale national and international conferences and events. As a Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) and a Sustainable Event Professional (SEPC), Natalie is a leader in the event industry, known for her expertise in live, virtual, and hybrid event management.

    Over the course of her career, she has led key events like Nestlé Canada’s national conference, overseeing 1,000 attendees, 65 speakers, and a tradeshow. She also played a crucial role in organizing QuickBooks Connect across multiple cities, managing 500-800 attendees, 85 speakers, and coordinating 4 stages per event.

    Natalie’s comprehensive skill set includes strategic planning, content development, stage and lighting design, vendor management, and post-event analysis. She is recognized for her attention to detail and her ability to seamlessly execute events from concept to completion.

  • Event Coordinator

    Seulkee is an experienced event coordinator with a strong background in organizing large-scale festivals, conferences, and community events. She has expertise in logistics, vendor relations, volunteer coordination, and customer service. Notably, Seulkee contributed to the TD Toronto Jazz Festival, supporting logistics across five outdoor stages with over 150 performances, and helping to attract more than 500,000 attendees over 10 days. She also played a key role in planning an international outdoor trail walking festival, where she managed volunteer coordination, registration, and attendee inquiries. Seulkee’s experience extends to high-profile global events, including the 2018 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games and TIFF, where she focused on customer service and operational efficiency.

  • Event Coordinator

    Hari is a passionate person with a knack for creating memorable experiences. With a background in project management and a love for bringing ideas to life, Hari has worked on many types of events - from trade shows to fundraisers, community events and more. Hari excels at fostering strong relationships, which contribute to his ability to thrive in fast paced environments. Whether he’s coordinating vendors, building production schedules or overseeing on-site operations, Hari remains dedicated to delivering impactful events that connect and inspire.

  • Vendor Manager, Operations Coordinator

    Nauaien is a seasoned festival and event professional with over 20 years of experience bringing some of Toronto’s most iconic festivals to life. From the Canadian National Exhibition and Toronto Festival of Beer to Taste of the Danforth and the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, Nauaien has been a key player in creating vibrant, unforgettable experiences.

    Her expertise spans all aspects of festival production, with a focus on capturing the energy and excitement that makes these events special. Nauaien is passionate about the dynamic, diverse festival scene in Toronto and works tirelessly to ensure that each event not only meets but exceeds expectations, creating lasting memories for both participants and attendees.
